Virtual Fitness
Virtual workout programs can be streamed using your phone, computer, or smart TV. These programs can take as little as 20 min a day of your time. Combining fitness, nutrition and support will provide you with everything you need to get results and achieve your health and fitness goals.
Nutrition Coaching
The nutrition plans that I live by and recommend to those that I coach will help teach you easy-to-implement strategies for healthier eating without eliminating any food groups so that you can reach your weight-loss goals with long term success and consistency.
Group Classes
Camille offers virtual and in person classes in Louisville, KY. Xtreme Hip Hop Step is a combination of cardio, the step board, hip hop music, and lots of swag to provide participants with a fresh spin on the old step concept. Xtreme Burn is a cardio kickboxing type class that incorporates strength training and core conditioning.

your fitness coach
I am Camille Jones; a Wife, Mom, G Mama, Dog Mom, Group Exercise Instructor, and Health and Fitness Coach. I help busy women become the best version of themselves by equipping, encouraging, and supporting them to focus on their health through nutrition and fitness.
In my thirties, I found myself gaining weight due to being a busy wife and mom of two. As my children started being involved in activities of their own, it became difficult for me to find the time to focus on my health and fitness. Which caused me to become overweight with little to no energy. As the age of forty was near, I did not want to take the extra pounds with me into the big “40”. I feared that if I did not make a lifestyle change I would be stuck feeling like this forever.
As a gift to myself on my 39th my birthday, I made a commitment to myself that began with simple at home workouts with my virtual personal trainers. I began sharing my journey online with my friends & family and inviting others to join me. I have lost over 30 lbs and went from a size L/XL(14/16) with my smallest size being a size S(6). I am currently maintaining a size M(8). My passion is to help other women to reach their health and fitness goals while enjoying the process and by finding a routine that works for them.
I also teach group exercise. I am certified in turbo kick and Xtreme Hip Hop Step, and Xtreme Burn. While I so appreciate the convenience of the virtual workouts. I absolutely love teaching group fitness. I look forward to seeing you in a class and/or would love to have you as part of my online fitness community.
